Tight handcuffs when i got arrested...?

Normally when a police officer puts them on, they will make sure you have room enough to fit one finger in between the cuff and your wrist, they arent comfortable but they arent made for that either. I think no matter how loose they are you are still going to have marks on you just from having to sit on them.
