Nothing on my computer is working I need help ha..?

I know two ways how to disable such scams: First would be rebooting into safe mode with networking and going online to download/update yuor anti-spyware. You can also launch task manager straight after rebooting to stop randomly named three letter files (look for ngf.exe, trl.exe or other). Other way would be changing PC time to 6-7 days in the future and then rebooting PC. After that you can reset the date to correct time and scan your PC with a reputable anti-spyware.
