MyJobs toolbar offer on Howrse?

Hi, I play howrse & I was trying to get a free pass with the myJobs toolbar offer. It says you have to download & install the toolbar & you'll get a free pass within 20 minutes. I downloaded & installed it & restarted Firefox.. It's been an hour?
