Does mitochondria helps in protein synthesise?

Indirectly in the sense that the energy (ATP) supplied by the mitochondria will be used in the reactions to synthesize protein. However, mitochondria don't directly run up to the ribosomes and be all like "yo ***** ima help you out right quick."
