The police spent ages adjusting my cuffs :(?

some cops need practice, when the make an arrest the more experienced cops will arrest you and let the rookies come play with your cuffs and hold you in place, its all practice for the new ones,,besides when you get arrested all your rights are thrown out the window they have controll of your well being if you dont like it dont be stupid enough to get in trouble
