300mg Vitamin b6 and dreaming?

I'm going to take 300MG of vitamin b6 before I go to sleep tonight. I know the long term effects can cause nerve damage, but people have taken 500mg in some studies. I was wondering if any one has had any positive results such as more vivid dreams, or a lucid dream? I'm thinking about crushing one of the vitamins and crushing it up and putting it in to some cheddar cheese nacho cheese. So that the tryptophan can be synthesized into serotonin much more easier and the chemicals will bomb rush my brain. Any suggestions comments, or past experiences to enlighten me?
