Internet Explorer 64 bit is working but all other browsers are not?

My Internet Explorer 64 bit is working but all of my other browsers are not (Regular Internet Explorer, Google Crome, & Mozilla Firefox) also my lapptop says I am connected to the internet and my weatherbug app on my lapptop is working also. What the hell is going on? If you know any ways of getting my browsers to work please tell me! (Also I have tryed restarting my computer, going in safemode, and alot of other things....)
