Can Child Protective Services remove three unwilling teenagers?

Due to some false allegations against my mom, CPS has threatened to have me and my two siblings removed from her custody. I am 17 and they are both 15. All three of us DESPISE the cps agency and have seen firsthand what kind of scum these people are. In the event that cps comes to kidna- er... "rescue" us (we would never willingly go), how far would they go to get us to leave? If we refuse to go, would they have police officers handcuff and drag us out?
