Is gastrin synthesised by free or attached ribosomes?

Gastrin is synthesised by the ribosomes which recieve the transcript to synthesise it. Ribosomes are directed by the RNA they recieve to transcribe. Gastrin may be synthesised on ER ribosomes or free in cytoplasm.
