Why do I have 2 DUI tickets at the same time in IL?

I recently got arrested for DUI at a roadside checkpoint. I was handcuffed after the field sobriety test and placed in the car then drove down the road out of the way and gave a breathalyzer which I believe was .10 so a little over the limit of .08 I just noticed I have 2 different tickets that both say the same thing and the same officer except one said 1 and the other says 2. I am scared to death and I know I made a huge mistake. It's my first DUI and my first time being arrested for anything.
