Is this excessive force?

me and my friend were on a lunch break from school so we went to McDonald and he had a bb gun in his pants some 1 thought it was a real gun and called the cops so we walked out of McDonald and the cops came from around the corner and told us to get on the floor we said y then they said get on th ******* floor we said y again they said do it now so we said ok note we were very respectful because the had automatic guns pointed at us so we put our food down and just about as we are going to get on the floor this cop tackles me kicks over my food puts his knee on my chest and then 2 more cops came then flipped me over and put handcuffs on me and my friend im 14 black and about 100lbs my friends 16 looks very young also hand hes from Afghanistan is this excessive force were also very short about 5 4 give or take
