IPhone 4 or Droid Incredible 2? Please Help!?

Hi so I'm eligible for an upgrade and am making the jump to smartphones. I can't decide between Verizon's two best phones: The iPhone 4 and the Droid Incredible 2. First of all, price IS an object as I am paying for it myself. the iPhone 4 is $300 while the DI2 is only $150. That attracts me to go Droid right away. However, I have always been an Apple fanboy. I have a Macbook Pro and a 32GB iPod Touch (Basically the same as an iPhone except its not a phone). Anyways I can't decide, so, which is better and why?
